Those who are following me on social media probably noticed I took some photo’s during this years Zoute Grand Prix, As I’ve been spamming pictures of it all through last week. If you’ve never heard of the ZGP, please come back from Mars as this is easily the biggest non-motorsport car event of the year. As with the last few years I’ve been covering it for Maserati.
The Zoute Grand Prix is four-day mix of a classic car rally, an GT sportcar tour, a Bonhams sale and a concours d’elegance all packed in a small Belgian beach village. Year by year the organisation and all the participants have been raising the bar tremendously.
I spent my days following around Maserati’s and our guests as Guido Giovanelli (General Manager Maserti West Europe) and Paul Belmondo, both driving a gorgeous 3500GT and of course Radio presenter Guy De Pré, driving a Gran Cabrio, as well as dealer events and and general atmosphere.
It looked like this. All of the shots were made with the brand spanking new Canon 5D Mark IV. My new workhorse with which I am madly in love with!
[Tech] Canon 5D Mark IV with 24-70mm II, 16-35mm II
