Astons & Bathtubs

In  New Work

An Aston Martin DB6 and an english style bathtub. Two subjects that have seemingly nothing to do with each other whatsoever. But Still I was asked by a client of mine to combine both in a advertising shot. Challenge accepted!

The idea was to create an ad for the Zoute Gran Prix Magazine. The Zoute Grand Prix is one of the biggest classic car events in the country and we wanted to do something new that classic car owner would appreciate. So I pitched the idea of building a bathroom in the car park/garage underneath my studio. It has the same white bricks so popular in lofts but you can actually put a real car in it. In comes a gorgeous bright red Aston Martin DB6. Add the tub, an actual central heating radiator, a beautiful bathing model, a cowskin rug and you have you bathroom. Long story short. This is what it looked like.
