It’s probably one of the biggest clichés in the lingerie/boudoir industry to shoot in a hotelroom. But after shooting most of the winter inside my own studio. I was running up the walls so I had to get out of there. For a boudoir/ lingerie session with model Barbara I went to Hotel Les Nuits in Antwerp. It’s a great place to shoot and to stay. A beautiful interior with loads of light.
To try and get out that oh so comfy comfort zone I shot most of the images using available light (Only the bathtubshot is shot with strobe). The room had these huge windows and while I was playing with the curtains and the sun was going down I just caught a reflection of the sun in a window across the street which made for better light that I could ever dream of.
When we lost most of the available light we ended up taking some fun images in the bath tub.
Hope you like them.

Yep, like ‘m!
Like’m, expect for the second one, too much space above the model. Any particular reason for it?
@Jan: yes: Art :-p. Thougt it looked nicer that way. More interesting compositionwise. personal idea though
nice!
and wouldn’t change a thing. 2 would even be my fav, and the others are great too. step away from the strobes more often I’d say. and go hang inside hotel rooms more often 😉
Well done and I like it to!
Nice (natural) lightnin, looks like a very good comfort zone you have found there! It sure does comfort’s me…
een zeer geslaagde afwisseling!
