Yep that’s right.
For me, delivering a print to a client is always the cherry on the photographic cake. As a commercial photographer I don’t get to do it that often just because 95% of the files I deliver are usually digital files. But when I get to deliver one It’s always a very very proud moment. Especially when that client is Aston Martin Belgium. So when I delivered a 1.5m print to their showroom in Wommelgem. I was the happiest kid in the world. (also partly because they had the brand new V12 Vantage S on display)
The shot below is the photo I delivered. It’s a picture of their showroom starring an Aston Martin Vanquish Centenary edition and the epic DBS.
I love shooting for actual prints so much that I starting out a small company specialising in doing just that, but more about that later this year.
[Tech:] Shot on the Mamiya/leaf Credo 40 with the 55mm LS lens. Lit with 3 profoto D1 heads and a BatPac in multiple exposures.
