It’s over, done goodbye nice weather. Back to the studio it is. Looking back at this summer (or what was supposed to be a summer) I aways think I should’ve shot more stuff outside. I shot loads of stuff outside. Just not enough. It’s a feeling I get at the start of every autumn. I’ll keep shooting outside during the next two seasons even if is – 13°C but it’s just more fun when it’s twenty something degrees outside.
Looking through this summer’s work I forgot to post this series of images. I was asked by the people of the ECM model competition to shoot some swim wear shots with their models at Vossemeren amusement park. They have their own surfing pond which includes a real beach house. But because it was cloudy and often raining. I just had to make it look like it was somewhat of a paradise.
For this job I deliberately packed very light. 1 camera: a Nikon D3s, one lens the 24-70 (the workhorse) a sunbounce reflector and one flash and a soft box. Nothing more nothing less.
what better to wave this summer goodbye then some images of pretty girls wearing bikini’s 😉
